Ha! It does taste like vegetable milk! But it's awesome. I'm a major proponent of carrot juice. I wish I had some right now! I need to get a new juicer.
Try mixing it with apple or orange juice to cut that oh so carrot-y taste. That's what I do with Theo sometimes.
