we had a completely sold out show last night. i'm not sure how many people they turned away. they added a second screening at the jacksonville museum of modern art on sunday at 12:30pm. sadly, i'll be on a plane en route to austin. it's been a great time so far. the wheels are turning with brain brawl and the possibilities of coming back here to shoot. we shall see. i visited the actual brain brawl set yesterday in an impromptu visit to douglas anderson school for the arts. it looks just like it did in the 80s. ok, my little time meter is running out at the business center computer at the hyatt. more later on.

have to tell all who read this blog, that it was soooooooooo exciting last night to see all the folks who attended the movie and asked questions afterwards. kat did a great job of answering. michel emerson was there and he too was fab. very nice person.
you can all be proud of our girl. she is joining the ranks of artists and will leave her mark on mankind. he films will affect many. to all of you who co-produced, filmed, edited or worked on the film in should be proud of your product. it stands up there with the high ranking movies with memorable content not just fluff.

I can tell you for sure that Chris and Kelly MacEwan and their respective spouses were among those turned away Friday night. Kelly called and was so disappointed. I didn't know about Sunday until too late but since they have babysitter issues to work out I think Friday was their only window of opportunity.

Congratulations on such a great turn out - no surprise at this end! Any word yet from Brooklyn?
